Anukalana Yoga
Integration through fluid movement

Anukalana means integration, in fact it is a style that combines many notions: obviously Asana, Pranayama, Meditations, but also myofascia, meridians and energy centers. It bases movements on fluidity, coordination with the breath and gentleness. What fascinated me most about this style is that it is suitable for everyone. It is not competitive, but truly aimed at the well-being of each individual.
It's the style I started with. Three years of teacher training with the Samadhi school, and I'm still studying. What I bring into every class is the same idea: nothing ever locks into place, it's only ever moving toward the next shape.
What a class looks like
- A gentle warm-up that syncs movement to the rhythm of the breath.
- Fluid asana sequences built around myofascial lines and energy centres.
- Pranayama to settle the nervous system before stillness.
- A closing meditation and a long, unhurried savasana.
Good to know
- Open to every level: sequences are offered with variations, never as a competition.
- Around 60 to 75 minutes, in studio between Belluno, Ponte nelle Alpi and Cadore.
- Only a mat and comfortable clothes are needed, no experience required.
